We form software ventures in two different models. We build our own start-ups or work as a partner to enable other start-ups with software engineering competence.

We source ideas internally or invite individuals to contribute their concepts and competence starting a common project as co-founders.
In the initial phase, we leverage Codespot’s legal and financing structure to get the project up and running. We develop solutions in-house with our own resources. We start with a proof-of-concept to end up with a minimum viable product (MVP) ready for market. We use our own business development and partners’ network to gain market traction. After reaching its business goals, the project is spun-off to a dedicated legal entity and further accelerated.

We work with existing businesses and start-ups that lack software competence or engineering depth. We work out a cooperation model focused on a common goal that can be a mix of work for hire and equity structure. We provide core software architects and engineers to design and implement the needed solutions . Over time, we strengthen and migrate software competence to the start-up we partner with.
